Description

As the eCommerce Operations Trading Manager, you will be responsible for eCommerce sales and trading operations along with the strategies and policies to drive the online commercial results.

You will oversee the day-to-day trading of the website and be the interface between DSC and internal teams for any queries, resolving any issues and inputting any findings into the overall operations strategy. You will be commercially focused and ensure our customers are provided with a fantastic experience when they purchase from us.

Your primary responsibilities will cover:

• eCommerce operations
• Product Listing & Pricing Management
• Stock & Logistics Management
• Commercial & Sales Admin Management

Other tasks include:

• Sales forecasting and budget planning
• Manage stock, 3PL logistics partners, returns and reverse logistics operations (including: manage out-of-stock levels, discontinued products, new launch stock allocations)
• Collaborate with the commercial team to manage & create the product listing strategy covering, pricing, stock and merchandising
• Managing eCommerce trading to ensure KPIs are regularly monitored and worked to, and that targets are met
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of eCommerce trading and liaise with associated departments as required
• Plan & execute promotional activity alongside the wider eCommerce team as part of acquisition and retention strategies.
