Job description


We are looking for an HR Manager (m/f/x) to join an international team headquartered in Amsterdam, overseeing 50 employees. Out client is a Fin Tec company, specialized in payment processes. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and regulations, acting as subject matter expert
  • Manage employee relations and foster positive workplace culture
  • Oversee employee benefits administration for diverse workforce
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and legal standards
  • Serve as main contact for works council, facilitating discussions and agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies across locations
  • Provide guidance and support on HR matters, promoting best practices and legal compliance
  • Organize and conduct employee training sessions on diversity, inclusion, legal compliance, and well-being
  • Work with finance team on payroll, benefits, and travel allowances

    • Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • You have a strong background in Dutch labor laws and working with works councils
  • You have familiarity with Dutch government entities and processes related to labor and employment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and empathy skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Previous experience working in a global, dynamic and multi-cultural setting
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues and implementing solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to fairness, equity, and compassion in all HR practices
  • Experience in working with the works council is essential
  • Fluent Dutch language skills are not required
