We run the entire short-form content engine for entrepreneurs and business owners. Strategy, scripting, editing, posting, and paid amplification across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Clients hand us their content operation and we deliver it end to end.

Our fulfillment team is organized into pods. Each pod is a self-contained unit responsible for a defined book of clients, staffed with every specialist needed to deliver the full service.

The role

You run one pod. That means roughly 30 clients at full capacity and the team that serves them: client success, video editing, posting, media buying, and scriptwriting.

Your job is throughput and quality. Footage comes in, scripts get written and approved, edits get produced and signed off, content gets posted on schedule, and campaigns run behind it. When any part of that chain slows down, you find out why and clear it before the client feels it.

This is a coordination and management role rather than a production one. You are accountable for the work moving, not for producing it yourself.

What you'll own Delivery

• Keep every client's pipeline on schedule from footage intake through published post

• Set and hold turnaround standards for scripts, edits, and posting

• Catch bottlenecks early and reassign or escalate before deadlines slip

• Maintain live visibility on every client's status in Monday.com

Team

• Manage the day to day work of your pod: Client Success Manager, video editors, social media posters, media buyer, and scriptwriters

• Run capacity planning as the pod fills. Know when someone is over their ratio and flag it before quality drops

• Onboard new pod members and get them productive quickly

• Run weekly one on ones and a pod standup

Quality and retention

• Review output against client expectations before it ships

• Work with the CSM on any account showing warning signs

• Own the handoff from onboarding into steady state delivery

Process

• Document what works and turn it into repeatable SOPs

• Surface tooling and workflow problems with a proposed fix attached

Who you'll manage

Your pod includes a Client Success Manager, video editors, a social media poster, a media buyer, and scriptwriters. Headcount in each function scales with client count, so your team grows as the pod fills toward capacity.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years coordinating or managing a delivery, production, or operations team, ideally at an agency

• Track record running multiple client accounts at once without dropping details

• Experience managing a distributed team across time zones

• Fluent English, written and spoken. Most communication is async in Slack and Monday.com

• Fluent in project management software. We run on Monday.com

• Available to work 9:00am to 5:00pm EST

Helpful, not required

• Background in short-form video, content production, or paid social

• Experience inside a pod, squad, or account team structure

• Working familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts from the operator side

Compensation

Monthly base plus performance bonus tied to pod size and client retention. Bonus potential is uncapped and scales as your pod grows.

On-target earnings at full pod capacity: $36,000 USD annually.
