As Executive Assistant Supply Chain & Logistics at Rituals, you'll play a key role in supporting Mark Hoppenbrouwers (Executive Director Supply Chain) and Ramon Veldhuijzen (Executive Director Logistics).

In this highly visible role, you'll be the trusted person who brings structure, organization, and clarity to a dynamic international environment. You'll ensure priorities are managed effectively, schedules run smoothly, and teams have the support they need to perform at their best. From coordinating complex calendars and international travel to organizing leadership meetings, events, and department-wide initiatives, you'll be at the center of it all.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the Supply Chain & Logistics organization and build strong relationships throughout the business. No two days are the same, which makes this role both challenging and rewarding.

You'll also be part of our Business Support Community, a network of assistants who collaborate across the organization, share best practices, and contribute to cross-functional projects and global events.

Your impact

In this role, you will:

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, ensuring time is spent on the right priorities.
• Organize international business travel, team events, workshops, and offsites from start to finish.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, communications, and meeting notes.
• Act as a key point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Support department-wide initiatives and coordinate smaller projects across teams.
• Take care of planning and logistics for global events and leadership activities.
• Monitor deadlines and follow-up actions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for the Supply Chain & Logistics teams.
• Contribute to our Business Support Community by helping organize engaging internal events.
• Manage the travel and team training/events budget, leveraging Power BI for reporting and insights.

You bring

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Around 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or similar support role, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a strong plus).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Affinity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
• A high level of professionalism, discretion, and ownership.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• An interest in working smarter and embracing new tools, including AI-driven solutions.
