Director (m/f/d) Group Strategy Development

What to expect
  • Accelerate and shape the KNDS Group strategy, as well as ensure the long-term alignment of segment and functional strategies with the group strategy
  • Leading and further developing the group strategy cycle and facilitate strategic seminars for the topmanagement, including the prioritisation of strategic objectives and measures
  • Designing and implementing targeted communication measures to convey the corporate vision and strategic priorities to the global workforce
  • Implementing and further developing a group-wide strategy control system, including KPI tracking and a transparent reporting structure
  • Building an international network of executives and senior management to accelerate the cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
  • A completed degree in economics, (industrial) engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • Extensive experience in the development, implementation and communication of corporate strategies within international corporate structures or strategy consulting, ideally in the defence industry
  • Strong analytical, strategic and conceptual skills
  • Excellent communication abilities along with a confident appearance in dealing with national and international stakeholders at executive and management level
  • Strong presentation and moderation skills, as well as experience in running strategic workshops and seminars at executive and management level
  • Business fluency in English; knowledge of German or French, combined a willingness to travel within Europe are beneficial
