The Team

The Supply Chain Initiatives team is a strategic project team which sits under Supply Transformation and Data Integrity. Our team incubates and accelerates upstream supply chain initiatives and transforms these into end-state solutions in close collaboration with the sourcing community. Our specialism lies in the combination of having talent with a vision of the supply value chain of the future, project management excellence and experience in operational parts of the business we are transforming.

The Position

As a member of the Supply Value Chain, the Senior Traceability Manager, will manage the process of Traceability roll out from initial project scope to completion. They will ensure that the right steps are taken to prepare both internal and external stakeholders for traceability implementation while keeping a close eye on end-goals and requirements. The Senior Traceability Manager will work in close collaboration with internal teams: sustainability, Product Development / Legal / Finance /DC

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain overarching view on traceability initiatives company wide 
• Spider in the web for existing traceability initiatives
• Awareness Environmental Policy making to secure company readiness.
• General project management and organizing of meetings / audits with external vendor
• Bridge between external vendors (audit and software) providers
• Support training & education in TH + CK divisions, off shore teams, and all Level vendors.
• Gather relevant information to the standards and ensure approved by PVH Legal teams.
• Support scoping phase of PVH EU Supply teams.
• IT system solution set up for all Level vendor traceability.
• Set up KPIs and SOP for business and vendors.
• Allocate Role and responsibilities to PVH brand teams. 

The Ideal Candidate:

• University degree
• 10+ years of experience in traceability
• Ability to navigate industry (software, externals)
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to translate requirements to business technicalities.
• Strong project management
• Ability to lead independently and comfortable to work with all levels within the organization
• Can do attitude and seeks out challenges.
