Job description:

After a thorough training period, you will work independently as a welder/assembler. Based on a technical drawing, you create simple to complex constructions and/or semi-finished products. You will get started with MIG/MAG welding. Occasionally it also involves Tig welding. If you have knowledge of other disciplines, such as sawing, cutting, or (mechanical) assembly, you will have the opportunity to also perform work in this field. So there is plenty of room for variety.

In addition, you regularly consult with other departments and disciplines, such as work preparation, engineering and assembly. You will be asked to think along with the engineers, for example, about how they can change/adjust designs so that they can be produced more easily and efficiently. In this dynamic position you are accountable to the Workshop Department Head.

What is required is:

-A completed technical education and at least a level 1 or 2 diploma regarding MIG/MAG welding

-Work experience in a similar position is not necessarily necessary, but a major advantage

-Full-time availability and no 9 to 5 mentality

-Living within a radius of 30 kilometers around Bladel.
