Job Description

As a Production Worker in the galvanizing plant, you will be responsible for all tasks involved in the galvanizing process. Together with your colleagues and the supervisor, you will ensure a safe and organized working environment so that everyone can perform at their best.

You will inspect incoming materials to ensure they are suitable for galvanizing and free from contaminants such as paint residues or oil layers. After this initial inspection, the galvanizing process begins, and you will hang the materials onto the rails. Once the materials have been immersed in the galvanizing bath, you will remove them from the rails and check whether they meet the required coating thickness and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• MBO-level working and thinking ability (vocational education level)
• Interest in, or knowledge of, the metalworking industry
• A motivated and eager-to-learn attitude
• Good command of the Dutch or English language
• Living in or near the Dieren area

Salary and Benefits

• A full-time position in a two-shift system based on a 40-hour work week
• Salary between €2,712 and €3,072 gross per month, depending on experience, including shift allowance
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
• Shift allowance of 13.3% for every hour worked
• Additional ADV compensation of 4.98%
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
