Job description:

Want to work at a production specialist where no two days are the same? In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic environment and be involved in all parts of the repair department. You’ll get the chance to learn a lot and work with different machines. Experience is a plus, but your motivation matters most to us.

• Inspecting incoming pallets for damage and quality

• Sorting pallets by type and condition (reusable, repairable, or rejected)

• Repairing pallets using hand tools and machines (such as nail guns and saw machines)

• Replacing damaged boards and blocks

• Checking repaired pallets for quality and strength

• Stacking and preparing pallets for transport

• Keeping the workplace clean and safe

• Spotting issues and reporting them to the supervisor

What you can expect:

• Working indoors in a production hall

• Salary starting from €15.50 per hour

• Day shifts from 06:00 to 15:00/16:00 (Saturday work is possible and paid at 150%)

• Physical work (lifting, standing, repetitive tasks)

• Working with noisy machines at times (hearing protection is required)

• One hour of break time per day (15 min morning break, 30 min lunch, 15 min afternoon break)

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who likes to get stuck in and enjoys working in a production environment. You don’t need to know everything yet — if you’re motivated to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
