As a Warehouse Process Controller in Echt, you play a key role in keeping a high-volume e-commerce operation running smoothly. You monitor performance, solve disruptions, and ensure processes actually work, before they impact customers.

You combine hands-on involvement on the warehouse floor with data analysis and continuous improvement. This is not an office-based role; you are in the middle of the operation, where your insights make an immediate difference.

YOUR TASKS

In this role, you support daily warehouse operations and help improve performance. You make sure processes run as planned and take action when something goes wrong.

Your work has a direct impact on performance, KPI results, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for operational issues on the warehouse floor;
• Monitoring daily operations, performance, and KPI deviations;
• Performing UAT testing and validating whether processes and systems function correctly;
• Investigate issues with stock, orders, or systems;
• Logging, monitoring, and escalating tickets within agreed timelines;
• Analyse data using Excel and SAP;
• Presenting insights and improvement proposals to supervisors and management.

You'll be part of a team of six Warehouse Process Controller, supporting operations across three different clients. Tasks are divided based on your skills and preferences, allowing you to further develop your expertise.

You report directly to the Supervisor and work closely with Operations, Quality, and Customer Support teams. You'll work in early and shifted day shifts (with end times up to approximately 19:00). During peak periods, shifts may vary depending on operational needs.

• A gross monthly salary between €2.447 and €3.220 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;

YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for an analytical and proactive Logistics Support Specialist who thrives in a structured logistics environment.

• MBO or bachelor's degree, or relevant logistics experience;
• Around 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably with systems or problem-solving;
• Strong Excel skills, including the use of formulas and pivot tables for data analysis are required;
• Hands-on experience with SAP is required;
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal);
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work in two shifts;
• Structured, problem-solving mindset.
