As a ServiceNow BCM Architect, you will:

• Own the technical deployment, database schema layout, and workspace configurations for the ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) environment.
  
• Design and configure the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) dependency map, assessment templates, impact scoring, RTO, and RPO thresholds.
  
• Develop continuity workflows, structured plan templates, tabletop exercise frameworks, and real-time execution checklists.
  
• Integrate Disaster Recovery (DR) processes, including asset restoration sequences, backup validation, failover tracking, and service restoration timelines with the CMDB.
  
• Configure and extend Crisis Management Workspace, mass notification alerts, scenario-based event maps, and role-based crisis coordination consoles.
  
• Connect BCM structures with Integrated Risk Management (IRM), compliance assessments, internal control gaps, and executive resilience dashboards.
  
• Integrate BCM workflows with external monitoring, vendor risk, and IT infrastructure platforms using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Map critical business applications, infrastructure layers, and dependencies into a synchronized resilience blueprint backed by the CMDB.
  
• Establish operational risk thresholds and crisis orchestration guardrails to minimize business disruption.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, particularly in Business Continuity Management and resilience solutions.
  
• Strong technical experience with BIA configuration, dependency mapping, impact assessment, RTO/RPO thresholds, and continuity planning.
  
• Proven experience with Disaster Recovery integration, CMDB mapping, restoration workflows, failover tracking, and backup validation.
  
• Expertise in Crisis Management Workspace configuration, mass notification, crisis coordination, and scenario-based event management.
  
• Experience integrating BCM with Integrated Risk Management (IRM), compliance controls, and risk assessment frameworks.
  
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub and REST/SOAP API integrations.
  
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  
• Knowledge of CSDM, Crisis Notification configurations, and Emergency Mass Notification (EMN) integrations using MID Server technology.
  
• CIS-RC certification or BCM learning path validation is a plus.
  

You should possess the ability to:

• Architect and implement enterprise-level ServiceNow BCM solutions.
  
• Translate business continuity and resilience requirements into scalable technical configurations.
  
• Analyze critical business processes, applications, infrastructure, and dependencies.
  
• Configure BIA assessments and establish appropriate impact, RTO, and RPO thresholds.
  
• Build automated continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery workflows.
  
• Design dashboards and reporting mechanisms for resilience, risk, compliance, and executive visibility.
  
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and Integration Hub.
  
• Establish effective operational risk boundaries and crisis response controls.
  
• Work across technical, business continuity, risk, compliance, and infrastructure functions.
