Create and manage detailed 3D models of
electrical systems for various building projects using
Revit.
Collaborate with engineers, architects,
and project managers to ensure the integration of electrical
systems within the overall building
design.
Develop detailed technical drawings and
specifications based on project
requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry
standards, building codes, and
regulations.
Identify and resolve potential
clashes and design issues early in the project lifecycle using BIM
coordination techniques.
Contribute to the
optimization of designs to improve energy efficiency and
sustainability.
Participate in project meetings
to provide technical input and support the team throughout the
project phases.
Functie-eisen
Expertise in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD,
Navisworks, and other BIM tools for creating detailed electrical
system designs and managing building
models.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or
related field, with a solid understanding of electrical systems for
buildings (e.g., lighting, power distribution, and safety
systems).
Ability to produce and manage
accurate electrical system drawings, including schematics, layouts,
and as-built documentation for construction
projects.
Knowledge of building codes and
standards: Familiarity with national and international electrical
codes, such as NEC or IEC, and building standards related to
electrical systems.
