Job Description

As a process operator in Genemuiden, you are crucial in keeping the production environment running smoothly. In this role, you will handle the setup and operation of machines, monitor workflows, and follow health and safety regulations. Your technical perspective will be appreciated for spotting and executing improvements. Both newcomers and operators with experience will find challenging and diverse work here.

• Preparing and operating machines within production;
• Maintaining efficiency and prioritizing safety in all processes;
• Adhering to guidelines and upholding quality standards;
• Conducting product quality inspections throughout operations;
• Spotting process improvements and taking initiative to optimize where necessary.

Job Requirements

• Minimum requirement of a finished secondary education;
• Valid category B driving license;
• Flexible to work in three or four-shift patterns;
• Prepared to work occasional Saturdays as needed.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary between €2700 and €3200 gross per month,
• Travel allowance,
• 8.33% holiday pay,
