As IT Project Management Officer you will support the IT Director, which means that you will not be reporting directly to anyone internal, but you will work closely with all project managers and team leads of the company. You will orchestrate the FLOW process which consists of interviews and coordination of new change ideas, organize meetings with stakeholders and write notes. Furthermore, you will manage the roadmap and you'll report to process and application owners and their management team. The key responsibilities that come with this job can be found below:

• Facilitate demand / portfolio management stage gate process to track, prioritize and manage all business requirements requiring IT involvement;
• IT demand and portfolio management tool administration;
• Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders;
• Promote administrative hygiene regarding Jira and other project tools;
• Tailoring the communication and reporting KPI's to meet the needs of different stakeholders;
• Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business expectations to ensure that forecasts are appropriately scoped, scaled, costed and scheduled.
