Driver Desk Employee – Be the link that keeps logistics moving

Your new employer is a global transport and logistics provider with offices in over 80 countries  and still growing. Whether it's by plane, boat, train, or truck, they keep goods moving across the world. And now, they're looking for someone like you to join their operations team.

Functieomschrijving

As a driver desk employee, you’re the first face drivers see when they arrive and the one who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll:

• Welcome and assist drivers on arrival

• Hand out necessary documentation and coordinate loading/unloading schedules

• Register shipments in the customs system

• Verify transport documents and vehicle registration details

• Ensure all customs-related documentation is accurate and up to date

You’ll work 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, in one of two shifts:
07:00 – 15:30
12:00 – 20:30

Functie-eisen

You have some administrative work experience, are confident with systems and documentation and speak English fluently. You're also flexible and open to working in staggered shifts.
