Wat ga je doen?

As a MIG/MAG Welder at our packaging equipment manufacturing site in Hapert, you will be responsible for welding various metal structures and components according to specifications and drawings. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards.

What will you do in this role?

Building and assembling components

Welding, primarily using TIG and MIG/MAG

Finishing your own work (sanding, grinding, and finishing welds)

Performing various welding tasks based on drawings

Which tools will you use?

Programmable welding equipment (TIG or MIG/MAG)

Precision measuring tools

A flat table for assembling components

Tools for clamping productsTools for the precise finishing of your workpieces

In this full-time position, you will work day shifts from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. It is possible to work between 32 and 40 hours per week. Alternatively, if you prefer, evening shifts are also an option, starting at 4:30 PM.

Internal training is available to ensure you become even better at your job.

During the first few weeks, you will be trained and work alongside a buddy in the department. Together, you will ensure that the tasks are performed correctly and that orders are efficiently processed and dispatched.

Waar ga je werken?

You will be working at a packaging equipment manufacturer located in Hapert. The packaging equipment is purchased by companies that work with dry powders, such as Campina or organizations that produce animal feed. This location is easily accessible from Eindhoven, Veldhoven, or Valkenwaard via the highway.

Wie ben je?

You speak and understand Dutch or English sufficiently

You can read and understand technical drawings

Experience with MIG/MAG or TIG welding is a requirement

Wat mag je verwachten?

Possibility of a temporary contract for the duration of 1560 hours worked at the client, or a placement based on recruitment and selection is also an option. This means a direct contract with the employer.

Naturally, the organization provides appropriate work clothing. A good monthly salary between €2700 and €3700 gross per month based on 40 hours per week according to the metal and electronics industry collective labor agreement (CAO).
