You will work in a two-shift schedule from 06:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 00:00.

Functieomschrijving
Take the lead in a modern logistics environment as a Teamleader Warehouse in Helmond. In this role, you will manage a team of warehouse operators while ensuring that daily inbound and outbound processes run efficiently and safely. In return, you will receive a gross monthly salary of €3,750 (depending on experience), an 8.75% shift allowance on every hour worked, pension accrual and the opportunity to be taken over by the client. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and coaching a team of approximately 15 warehouse operators
• Preparing work schedules and coordinating personnel and warehouse planning
• Monitoring KPIs and departmental objectives
• Recruiting, onboarding and training new employees
• Participating in meetings related to safety, quality, productivity and staffing
• Maintaining workplace organization according to the 5S methodology
• Monitoring operational performance and maintaining performance records
• Leading daily team meetings
• Supporting the development of warehouse operators and multi-skilled employees
• Ensuring safety remains the highest priority at all times

Functie-eisen

• MBO level 3 working and thinking level in a technical or administrative field
• At least 3 to 5 years of leadership experience
• 2 to 3 years of warehouse experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
