Our client is the largest independent producer of green energy in the Benelux region. They have developed and operated large-scale solar and wind projects, combining these with energy storage solutions and charging infrastructure. With ongoing expansion into new and existing markets, they continue to play a leading role in the transition to sustainable energy. For the technical team which is responsible for the operation of these assets and which is closely involved in the development of new projects they are looking for an Operations and Maintenance Analyst.

Functieomschrijving

In this role, you will monitor the performance and overall condition of existing solar installations. You analyze long-term production data to identify deviations or opportunities for optimization. By performing data analysis, you detect underperforming systems and propose targeted improvements. Together with your colleagues, you coordinate the allocation of personnel and resources, ensuring effective planning for preventive maintenance. Additionally, you maintain oversight of ongoing projects and ensure optimal use of available resources.

Functie-eisen

• A master’s degree in a technical field or several years of relevant experience in a technical environment
• Passion for renewable energy
• Strong technical skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Able to maintain a good overview and manage multiple tasks
• Both analytical and pragmatic
• Proficient in Excel and data processing
• A true team player who can also work independently
• Communicative with strong interpersonal skills
