In this role, you will ensure the flawless processing of time and absence registration for employees, with a focus on Sweden. You will be the go-to person for all Time & Absence related questions and will work closely with colleagues in HR, Payroll, and other departments. You’ll safeguard data quality, confidentiality, and legal compliance, and you will actively contribute to process improvements.
Your responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate processing of Time & Absence data for employees
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal procedures
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees, payroll contacts, and internal stakeholders
• Supporting the implementation of systems and optimization of processes
• Assisting with audits and compliance activities
• Coordinating data flows and workflows in an international context

• A completed degree in HR, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in payroll, Time & Absence, or other HR/finance roles
• Strong administrative skills and a keen eye for process optimization
• A structured, accurate, and responsible working style
• Experience with Workday, ADP eTime, or similar systems is a plus
• Fluent in English (required); knowledge of other European languages is a plus
