• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation, or Construction Technology)
• At least three years of relevant experience, preferably with an asset owner or EPC company
• Strong expertise in construction scheduling, with hands-on experience using Primavera P6
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors across disciplines such as civil works, structural steel, piping, insulation, and scaffolding
• Solid knowledge of project controls, engineering, manufacturing, or related technical fields
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, conduct detailed schedule analyses, and propose effective solutions under pressure
