You will be working for a large company within the food production industry located in Katwijk. Around 40 colleagues work together every day to produce high-quality snacks. The company invests in modern production equipment and continuously focuses on maintaining high quality standards.

Functieomschrijving

As a Production Employee, you have an important role in keeping the production process running efficiently. You will work closely with operators and fellow production colleagues across different departments.

You will collect ingredients, prepare raw materials, and replenish machines to keep production moving. You will also help maintain a clean working environment and ensure quality and food safety standards are met.

When performing well, you will have the opportunity to develop into an Operator role.

• Collect ingredients according to recipes
• Weigh and prepare vegetables, meat, and other raw materials
• Fill and supply production machines
• Support operators during the production process
• Monitor quality, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP)
• Clean workstations and production equipment
• Identify and report minor malfunctions or deviations

You provide your availability on a weekly basis and will be scheduled in consultation for one or more of the following shifts:

• 05:45 AM – 01:45 PM
• 01:45 PM – 09:45 PM
• 09:45 PM – 05:45 AM

Functie-eisen

• You are available for at least two shifts per week
• You are motivated to work in a production environment
• You speak either Dutch or English
• You work accurately and pay attention to detail
• You enjoy working as part of a team
• You have an eye for quality and hygiene
• No specific educational background or work experience is required

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A salary of €16.00 per hour
• Shift allowance from 18:00
• Travel allowance from 10 km
• Weekly shifts that suit you best
