As PMO, you'll support the implementation of Magellan, reporting to the Magellan Site Lead. Magellan is a global business transformation program accompanying a move of their ERP system from ECC to SAP S4 HANA. The goal is to simplify, standardize and modernize their core business processes, enabling the company to better leverage the power of data and to position their business for profitable and sustainable growth.

They are looking for an experienced IT Project Management Officer to support the implementation of Magellan. This role will report into the Magellan Site Lead. Magellan is a global business transformation program accompanying a move of their ERP system from ECC to SAP S4 HANA. Magellan's goal is to simplify, standardize and modernize their core business processes, enabling the company to better leverage the power of data and to position their business for profitable and sustainable growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with the Magellan Site Lead to define requirements to successfully implement Magellan;
• Prepare a Project Management Plan incorporating scope, schedule, costs, risk, resources and more by using project management methodologies and by working with appropriate functions to understand effort needed to implement Magellan on site;
• Work independently and manage project execution throughout the project;
• Provide updates to senior management and all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings;
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing with other key Magellan resources on site;
• Resolve project issues by working with team members, project customers and others as appropriate;
• Share project management knowledge and advance site PMO efforts.
