Wat je gaat doen
As a Junior Operator, you will support the production process and gradually develop your technical skills:
• Operate and monitor production and packaging lines.
• Perform quality checks on cheese products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
• Set up, adjust, and change machine settings.
• Identify deviations in the process and act accordingly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We are mainly looking for motivation and a learning mindset. What you bring

• Interest in technology, machines, or production environments
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
• Accurate, responsible, and proactive working style
• Full-time availability
• Dutch or English speaking
• Experience as an operator is a plus, but not required
