Are you an enthusiastic, motivated HBO student? Are you people-oriented, do you want to contribute to the further development of HR within Hytrans, and are you looking for a challenging internship or policy internship within an organization where you have the opportunity to develop yourself? Then Hytrans is looking for you!

Who are we :

Hytrans is a progressive company dedicated to combating emergencies and disasters by providing products that ensure efficient drainage and supply of water. The company aims to continuously innovate and improve, and has built an excellent reputation as a reliable partner in the industry. Approximately 80 motivated employees work in Lemmer who sell, develop, assemble and provide support to the products.

What are you going to do:

As an HR intern at Hytrans, you add value to the department and you will participate in the daily activities and various projects. There are many different tasks within the department where you can support the HR advisor. Of course there is also room for your school assignments.

Your daily activities are diverse and will include:

Providing support for inflow, throughflow and outflow.

Contributing to the further development of the HR department.

Participating in various HR projects such as: onboarding and digitization of the personnel system.

What do we ask of you? :

You are following a relevant HBO course in the field of HRM or a comparable study.

The internship can start from February for 4 to 5 days a week for a period of at least 4/5 months.

What do we offer you :

An internship allowance of €450.00 gross per month based on 40 hours.
