Converged MLE is a long running project consisting out of 2 deliverables: Fixed CLI and Mobile Presence. Fixed CLI was delivered last April, where Mobile Presence is currently finalizing design and starting development. The complete project scope is driven by the fact that our customers want to empower their employees to manage their communication experience on a more individual level. 

Mobile Presence stands for the delivery of an integration between a customers’ mobile network status and Microsoft Teams. The CMLE2.0 Mobile Presence service delivered by this project is centralized around the use of One Net mobile subscription in combination with Microsoft Teams and creating an integration between the two in order to reflect a customers (network) status aka presence.

This proposition enables the possibility to integrate (for presence) with business solutions like MS Teams. The presence state of a single user will be enhanced with mobile presence data, directly from our network.
