Logistics / Warehouse Support (Data Center Operations)
We are looking for a Logistics / Warehouse Support professional to join our client on-site data center operations team. In this role, you will support logistics and inventory processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform assigned logistics and warehouse support tasksin a high-volume data center environmentReceive, ship, and stage incoming and outgoing IT equipmentTrack and document hardware movements, including inbound and outbound packagesExecute deliveries and processes such as PO receiving and internal movementsMaintain accurate inventory records through data entry and system updatesPerform cycle counts, audits, and data corrections to ensure inventory accuracyEnsure detailed physical tracking, labeling, and staging of equipmentHandle secure destruction and disposal of sensitive devices according to proceduresSupport audit and compliance activities by maintaining proper documentationSeek guidance when required before proceeding with critical process stepsPerform physically active tasks, including moving and handling equipment regularlyRequirements
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 6 months of experience or internship in inventory management, warehouse operations, retail, or a related fieldBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keepingAbility to follow structured processes and SOPs in a controlled environmentComfortable working on-site in a data center settingAbility to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basisWork Environment
