Photonis, market leader in high-tech residual light amplifiers, is looking for a Project Engineer. In this role you contribute to improving production processes and work together with a team on quality, productivity and technical availability. We are looking for an independent professional who likes to think along and actively contribute to our innovative projects.
PROJECT ENGINEER
The function:
Industrialization and automation of production processes (from manual to semi-automatic) Purchase of new equipment:Off the shelfSpecific machines and/or processes Introduction from sister company in France Rolling out Systems Engineering within Photonis Setting up a project team Technical point of contact for machine builders and operations Writing a project plan including planning, costs and risk assessment Solving technical and non-technical problems
Our ideal candidate
You have completed a HBO/WO degree in Technical Business Administration or similar You have at least 2 years of experience in Systems Engineering - required You have experience working in projects and drawing up project plans You can listen well and translate it into a technical solution You can plan and organize well and you are able to make a problem analysis You have persuasive power, know when to be firm or flexible You have knowledge of continuous improvement methods such as LEAN/6-Sigma Your knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing is excellent We offer this
