What is your role about?

In our Talent Acquisition team we are looking for a new colleague that takes the lead for all tech + digital related profiles. You are the first contactperson for our hiring managers and you focus on roles like software developers, product owners, IT engineers, e-commerce marketeers, SEO and BI specialists. These roles are mainly based in Rotterdam and in Girona (Spain). This target group is scarce, that is why we are looking for a someone who thinks out of box, is proactive, and, together with the hiring manager, take the lead in the recruitment process. You understand what your candidates are looking for and you create a recruitment process that suits their needs and is based on data. Data driven recruitment and strong KPI's are getting more and more important. You get a lot of freedom while doing so, when having a clear strategy that is based on our (new) 4 core values and the employer branding campaign that we are currently working on.

You will closely work together with another Talent Acquisition Specialist (focused on operational roles), our Talent Sourcer, back office and our Business Partners. The complete HR team (we call this team People, Organization & Culture) consist of 14 people.

• You have a bachelor background and you have 4+ years in recruitment. You have affinity with tech + digital positions
• Level B2 English is a must (knowledge of the Dutch & Spanish language is a big plus)
