Are you physically active, reliable, and have a strong safety mindset? For our client — an international leader in identity and security solutions — we are looking for a Warehouse Operator to work in a 3-shift system.

This is not a typical warehouse role. You will be handling high-value, sensitive products that require extra care, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety protocols. We are looking for someone who goes beyond the basics and can demonstrate real awareness of safety procedures.

Your responsibilities:

• Picking and preparing orders with high accuracy
• Checking inbound and outbound goods
• Labeling, packing, and preparing shipments according to strict procedures
• Following safety protocols for handling sensitive materials
• Operating a pallet stacker
• Communicating with drivers and colleagues (basic Dutch is helpful)
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

You will work in three shifts:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 06:00

Each day includes a 30-minute break, and you are paid for 7.5 hours per day. A fulltime work week is 37.5 hours paid hours.

Functie-eisen

Must have:

• Proven safety/detail awareness – demonstrated through previous experience in regulated environments such as:
  • Food industry (HACCP/food safety protocols)
  • Chemical/pharmaceutical industries
  • Medical equipment/devices (e.g., Medtronic or similar)
  • Quality control or cash handling roles
• Ability to request a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct);
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system;
• English communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability;
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently;

Nice to have:

• Basic Dutch language skills (helpful for communicating with Dutch-speaking drivers).

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Monthly salary: €2.890 gross (incl. 21% shift allowance);
• Travel allowance of €0.19 per km;
