Our client is an international leader in identity and security solutions. The company develops secure cards, identity documents, and high-tech systems used worldwide by governments, airports, and major organizations. Due to the sensitive nature of the products, safety and accuracy are paramount.

Functieomschrijving

Work in a international production team and help make high-quality products. You'll operate machines, check quality, and keep everything running smoothly. As a Production Employee, your tasks are broad and varied. While some tasks are repetitive, employees rotate weekly between different workstations and responsibilities. This ensures that you remain widely deployable, engaged, and continuously developing new skills.

What you'll do:

• Operating and monitoring production machines;
• Performing quality checks and completing required documentation;
• Counting, stamping, and registering production time;
• Preparing finished products and orders for shipping;
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe;
• Reporting deviations, malfunctions, or quality issues to your team leader.

You will work in three shifts:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 06:00

Functie-eisen

• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Ability to work accurately and precisely – this is the most important requirement;
• Basic computer skills (data entry, forms, registrations);
• A focused mindset with the ability to work quickly and efficiently;
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and rotate between workstations;
• Availability and motivation to work in a 3- as well as a 2-shift system;

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Monthly gross salary: €2,890 (including shift compensation of 21%);
• Monthly performance-based bonus (average extra 100 - 200 euros per month);
• Possibility of a contract directly at the client;
• Travel allowance of €0.19 per km;
• 25 vacation days, 8% vacation money and pension;
