As a CNC Turner, you will work in a small and independent team of experienced machinists. You will be responsible for the complete turning process: from programming and machine setup to production and quality control.

You will work on both single-piece products and small to medium production runs. You will also have the freedom to think about smarter and more efficient production processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes
• Producing precision components and fine mechanical parts
• Reading technical drawings and work orders
• Measuring and checking product quality using measuring equipment
• Adjusting and optimizing machining processes
• Contributing ideas for automation, robotization, and process improvements
• Collaborating with colleagues in a modern machining department

• Salary between €3,500 and €4,600 gross per month
• A permanent job for 32 to 40 hours per week

Wat heb je nodig?

• Experience as a CNC Turner or CNC Lathe Operator
• Several years of experience with programming or setting up CNC machines is preferred
• Technical insight and experience reading technical drawings
• Experience with measuring and quality control
• A precise, proactive, and responsible working attitude
• Interest in automation and modern production technologies
• Good command of the English language and willingness to learn the Dutch language
• You have your own accommodation and transportation
