-Ordering raw materials for production based on minimum stocks.

Keeping track of changes in the stock of raw materials, so that insight into the current state of affairs can be obtained at any time.

-Monitoring planning progress and ensuring planning technical solutions for coordination problems and other stagnant influences.

-Discuss progress regarding planning with sales, production and others. Coordinate with purchasing and production regarding stocks of raw materials.
