As a logistics employee at GLS Vianen, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of packages through our depot. Working in a collaborative and safety-focused team, you'll help make sure that parcels are processed accurately and delivered on time. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop your logistical skills while tackling challenges like working under time pressure and handling heavy packages.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking orders: accurately collecting, sorting, and processing packages.
• Loading and unloading: safely and efficiently handling truck shipments.
• Team discussions: participating in brief meetings to kickstart the shift effectively.
• Ensuring safety: adhering to safety guidelines and using protective gear.
• Maintaining organization: contributing to a clean and structured workspace.

Wat we je bieden

• You earn a gross hourly salary of about €14.80, excluding allowances.
• Evening allowance: 8.75% between 20:30 and 00:00 (about €16.10 per hour).
• Night allowance: 11.25% between 00:00 and 05:00 (about €16.47 per hour).
• 8% holiday allowance and equal-pay conditions in line with direct colleagues.
• Full-time job of 40 hours per week in a stable 2-shift schedule.
• Temporary contract with a clear prospect of a permanent position.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km and free parking on site.
