• Starting gross hourly wage of €16,77
• Salary increase after 9 months
• 14% shift allowance on top of every worked hour in a two-shift system
• Additional allowance for working in a chilled environment (€0.09 - €0.62 per hour)

Functieomschrijving

As a Packing Employee at DeliBarn in Wijchen, you play an important role in the final stage of the production process. You ensure that high-quality meat products are packed correctly, checked carefully, and prepared for shipment to major retailers across Europe.

You will work in a modern and hygienic food production environment where quality, food safety, and teamwork are essential. Together with your colleagues, you help ensure that every product leaves the production line according to the highest standards.

• Working at the packing department
• Supporting one production line under supervision
• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Performing manual production and packing activities
• Executing visual quality checks on products and packaging
• Identifying damaged or incorrect products and reporting deviations
• Cleaning machines and installations during or after production batches
• Working in cooled production areas

You will work in a structured environment where accuracy and responsibility are highly valued. Experience is not required, as you will receive proper guidance and training on the job.
